Our showroom is in Oakville, Ontario at 2333 Wyecroft Rd., Unit 11 (postal code L6L 6L4). We serve the Greater Toronto Area, ship across Canada, and offer worldwide shipping for our premium brands.

What hardware brands do you carry?

We are an authorized Canadian dealer for Emtek, Top Knobs, Häfele, PullCast, Schaub & Company, Atlas Homewares, Amerock, Colombo Design, Du Verre, Pomelli Designs, Taymor, MYOH, L'Hermitage Hardware, and more — over 23 premium door and cabinet hardware brands.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes. We ship door and cabinet hardware Canada-wide from our Oakville, Ontario warehouse. Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days; express options are available at checkout. International shipping is offered on most brands.

Do you offer trade or contractor pricing?

Yes — interior designers, builders, architects, renovators, and developers can apply for our Trade program for project pricing, full hardware takeoffs, dedicated account management, and priority fulfillment. Apply at vk-hardware.ca/trade.

Can I visit the showroom in Oakville?

Absolutely. Our Oakville showroom is open Monday–Friday 10am–5pm; Saturdays by appointment. We recommend booking ahead so we can prepare samples for your project. Address: 2333 Wyecroft Rd., Unit 11, Oakville, ON.

What are your hours?

Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturdays by appointment. Closed Sundays and statutory holidays.

What's your return policy?

Return windows vary by brand and start at delivery. Most brands offer 30 days; Pomelli Designs is 60 days; Emtek and our own VK Hardware line are 180 days; PullCast is final sale. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns except VK Hardware-branded products. Items must be in original unopened packaging, uninstalled, and with all components. Are your prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes — all prices on vk-hardware.ca are in CAD. We accept credit card, debit, and e-transfer.
